Works at Natural History Museum, Oxford Complete

We acted as CDM C on the new lighting project at the Natural History Museum in Oxford. The building had its own difficulties due to its status, so creating a superb lighting scheme that met with the Universities high standards is commendable to all involved. All the lighting is Zumbtobel LED fittings for their quality and efficiency. The University of Oxford Estates Services Deputy Electrical Engineer, Robert Gregg, ran the project and designed the lighting scheme. Did a good job!!! The project was installed by Monards Electrical Ltd who supported the ingenious magnetic fittings for the cables so none of the architecture was lost and CBG Consultants supported the the University in technical details on the electrical design. Overall the scheme is superb…The photos are by Redshift Photography – Photographer Barry Fryer who has captured a few of the scenes..
